My mother used to crochet doilies in her spare
time. My sister and I were each gifted a set. My brother missed out.
The fine bone china was given to my mother as a wedding present. She passed the set on to me because I loved it so much. When I was about 8 years old, I talked her into actually using it when a guest came by. (Until that day, she had never used it!) |
